I don't suffer chronically, but when I'm traveling in the morning I tend to have this problem, and it's the worst. One thing that helps me a lot is keeping a notepad and pen beside my bed so I can write down anything that comes to mind. Just knowing it's there in the morning (even if it's scribbly from writing in the dark) lets me relax. And if it's work that's got me stressed, I've taken to spending a few minutes before bed booking time on my calendar for each item on my to-do list for the next few days, so I know they'll be taken care of.<br /><br />Hope you feel better soon!Meg @ FledglingFoodiehttp://www.fledglingfoodie.comnoreply@blogger.com
